My ideal professional in the IT industry.

In order to be a professional in the IT industry. I reckon that not only have the solid technical knowledge, master the programming language but also creativity. With technology and creativity then there is innovation and it is what professional should be doing. Or else we are just a word processor.

So beside technical knowledge, creativity also needed. To be successful we need to think out of the box and develop some outstanding product. And finally, we so call 'professional'.
